Handley's Equipment Rentals, LLC  originated as Pacific Systems. 
Mr. Dave Handley started the company back in the 1970's concentrating on the concrete placing segment of the construction industry in Hawaii.
Handley's Equipment Rentals still specializes  in concrete pumping and also rental equipment.  The opportunity to rent other small tools and machines came with our presence on job sites.  We picked up dealerships for compaction, vibration, placing and finishing equipment for both rental and sales.  Machines in this industry have constant high maintenance conditions, therefore the repair and parts business followed each machine sent to the field.  In 1989 Mr. Handley took an interest in Firearms as a hobby and soon after decided to obtain a FFL licence to sell firearms. In 1995 Dave became a certified NRA instructor to train the public in  basic firearms safety.  In 1996 Dave & Sally Handley opened a U-Haul dealership renting moving trucks and moving equipment. 

In 2002 Angelena Handley joined the family company and added Kihei Party Rentals to the company renting tents, tables, chairs and much more. 
Today the two sisters Angelena & Shawna Handley manage the family of companies and will assist you with any rental & firearms needs.
